About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce systems, aligning with business objectives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that Workday and Salesforce solutions meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Communicate Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that Workday and Salesforce solutions meet their requirements.
  • Prioritize and Manage Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.

This role requires a strong understanding of Workday and Salesforce processes and how they can be optimized. You will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration is required, and Workday and Salesforce certifications are a plus.

You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective configuration. You have a deep understanding of Workday and Salesforce processes and how they can be optimized. You are a team player who is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing Workday and Salesforce systems, including implementation and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and Salesforce modules and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
