Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the import and export of goods, including receiving pre-alerts from overseas partners
  • Book jobs to our internal system and liaise with clients to collect required documents
  • Prepare documents for customs clearance and arrange deliveries
  • Invoice clients for services rendered
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in an operations department
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the CDS system and ability to process customs entries
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of collections and distributions within the UK
