Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible working hours available)

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays, plus your birthday

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders via texts and emails
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Keep schedules organised and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer accounts and resolve queries efficiently
  • Oversee health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS management
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Manage third-party logistics and deliveries
  • Send quotes, allocate payments, and assist with invoicing

Requirements:

  • Respond to calls and assist with enquiries
  • Process customer orders and manage stock agreements
  • Manage CRM, schedule meetings, and coordinate business development activities
  • Follow up on sales pipeline opportunities, including special sourcing, quotes, and samples
