**Job Title:** Risk and Compliance Solicitor - Home-Based Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Risk and Compliance team on a home-based basis. The successful candidate will have experience in data protection law and a background in non-contentious commercial/contracting/procurement work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle a caseload of data governance, risk assessment, tender responses, and breach/incident management
  • Work closely with senior members of the firm and the Digital Data and Technology team, especially with regards to information and cyber security
  • Advise key members of a busy and supportive team on the SRA Code of Conduct, and data and commercial risk management issues

**Requirements:**

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in data protection law and a background in non-contentious commercial/contracting/procurement work
  • Experience in either a private practice or an in-house legal team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
