Sales Administrator Job Description

TwentyFour Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and Invoicing Management: Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices with precision and timeliness, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, project management, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer contracts and agreements, and follow up with clients from a customer service perspective to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update CRM systems with detailed project and sales data, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analysis.
  • Sales Campaigns: Coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, or special projects to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels for equipment and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a sales admin or project-related position, with a strong understanding of sales processes and administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £30k - £35k per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
