Peripatetic Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peripatetic Nurse, providing high-quality care to residents in premium homes around Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will work autonomously, rotating between a small number of local homes to develop effective care plans tailored to each resident. You will support team members to advance their skills and capabilities, and help residents to live well, keep active, and make the most of what their home has to offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration with the NMC as a general Registered Nurse (RN Adult) or as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN)
  • A valid driving licence and ongoing access to a personal vehicle for the travel elements of this role
  • Professional knowledge of / experience with dementia and related needs (desirable)
