Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is a knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
