About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Services Coordinator to join our team at BAM Construct & Ventures UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing janitorial services, maintenance, and security services on school sites and premises.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in janitorial/site-keeping or trade experience in a similar environment. You will be able to demonstrate good numeracy, literacy, and GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English skills. Additionally, you will have a good working knowledge of IT and be able to show initiative and work without direct supervision.

You will be responsible for locking/unlocking school buildings and areas, using the FSIGO app to report and log tasks, and carrying out weekly/monthly contractual and statutory checks. You will also participate in the on-call rota and undertake regular security checks and identify security risks.

As a Janitorial Services Coordinator, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will work closely with the head janitor and other team members to ensure that the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
