This role will involve leading complex audit assignments across multiple sectors, collaborating with managers and partners as needed. You'll prepare detailed audit files, plan audits, and lead or assist with fieldwork. Additionally, you'll allocate work, supervise junior team members, and review their work to ensure high-quality outputs.

You'll also be responsible for preparing accurate reports using accounting software, finalizing statutory accounts, and preparing corporation tax computations under the supervision of your line manager. Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of industry trends and national economic issues is crucial for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of £36,000-£46,000 per annum, depending on experience. About You

We're seeking an ACCA/ACA qualified or almost qualified individual with a minimum of 3 years' UK audit practice experience. Some accounting experience is also necessary. A University degree with at least a 2:1 or minimum 3 A-Levels (A, B, B or above) is preferred. Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH experience would be advantageous. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential, along with strong IT skills, especially in Excel. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks are vital qualities for success in this role.
