Crisis Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Willow House in Central Lancashire. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis, promoting their recovery and well-being
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless support and care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience are welcome. What's essential is your caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others.
You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to participate in a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties.
