Care Manager

As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care.
- Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines.
- Recruit and develop a team of carers, maintaining and growing carer numbers to meet customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the commercial growth of the branch.
- Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
- Support staff and carers with training and development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You should also have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
