Job Title: Schools and Colleges Senior Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Schools and Colleges Senior Development Officer to join our team at the University of Winchester. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will play a key part in building the pipeline of future students to the University.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining complex relationships within schools, colleges, and LEA environments, as well as significant recruitment experience in a B2C context involving education or a similar market. They will be responsible for utilising the University's CRM system to maintain relationships with enquirers and applicants, developing suitable content for workshops, webinars, and distributable resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong links across the University and with good use of market intelligence and customer insight
  • Working independently and as part of a team to provide activities to stakeholders that aid recruitment
  • Representing the University to a variety of audiences (internally and externally)
  • Engaging potential and future students through events such as Open Days, external events, and work in schools and colleges
