The law firm is seeking a Legal Support or Trainee Legal Support professional to assist with comprehensive secretarial and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-18 months' recent experience in a secretarial or legal support role, preferably within conveyancing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents and process bills as required.
  • Manage case information using the firm's Case Management System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance and handle general administrative duties such as booking appointments and diary management.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external clients.
