We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning Team at Neville Road Junior School in Stockport. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the school is clean and safe for students and staff.



Key Responsibilities


  • Clean classrooms, corridors, kitchen, and toilet areas to the required standards.
  • Use equipment, machinery, and cleaning materials effectively and efficiently to carry out duties.
  • Report any faults with equipment, machinery, or the building to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and respond to minor queries or complaints.
  • Participate in staff training programs and carry out duties responsibly with regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
  • Perform additional duties related to the work of the section as and when required.
