Job Opportunity: Full-Time Support Worker in Burton-on-Trent

We are seeking a dedicated full-time support worker to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. This role involves providing 24-hour support to a gentleman with an acquired brain injury, working on a 2:1 staff-to-client ratio.

Key Details:
  • Shifts: 9am to 8pm, alongside an existing team member
  • Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: £12 per hour
Requirements:
  • A valid driving licence is essential (you will share driving responsibilities in the client's adapted car).
  • At least 12 months UK based experience supporting vulnerable adults .
  • Positive and person centred attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts on a rolling rota to include weekends.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £4,320 per month, based on a 36-hour week at £12 per hour.
