Electrical Engineer - Shropshire Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Shropshire. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing pumping and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumps and associated motors and equipment
  2. Fault find on control panels
  3. Complete and return site reports in a timely manner
  4. Work at clean and waste water sites
  5. Support sales and breakdown department
  6. Ensure van is stocked before site visits
  7. Share a van with another local engineer
  8. Cover the Shropshire area
Requirements:
  1. C&G Level 3 initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations
  2. Must have industrial electrical experience
  3. Valid CSCS card desirable
  4. CSTS trained desirable
  5. 17th / 18th Edition desirable
  6. Happy to travel to site as required, including staying away around once a fortnight (expenses paid)
  7. Full UK Driving Licence
Benefits:
  1. Salary: £14.00/hr + bonus scheme
  2. Van to be shared with one other engineer
  3. Auto-enrolment into pension scheme, including Salary Sacrifice

  5. Hours will vary depending on the day, but typically 07:00 - 17:00
  6. Access to the app - A remote service offering GP appointments, medical, financial, and lifestyle advice without the wait
  7. 30 days holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing to 33 days after 12 months
  8. Potential to work contracted hours over 4 days
  9. An annual Christmas party
