Electrical Engineer - Shropshire Job Overview

Our client is a leading provider of pumping equipment solutions, seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their external team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing pumping and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumps and associated motors and equipment.
  2. Work at clean and waste water sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  3. Ensure the company van is stocked with necessary equipment before site visits.
  4. Collaborate with another local engineer to share knowledge and best practices.
  5. Take advantage of training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. C&G Level 3 initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations.
  2. Proven industrial electrical experience, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
  3. Valid CSCS card desirable, with a full UK driving licence.
  4. Ability to travel to site as required, including occasional overnight stays (expenses paid).
