Design Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Coordinator to join our team at a luxury kitchen manufacturer in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Manager to create bespoke kitchen and multi-functional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Design Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed expectations.
  2. Utilize AutoCAD to develop design proposals for the Design Manager's presentation to clients.
  3. Prepare and dispatch detailed contracts to clients, ensuring timely returns.
  4. Create comprehensive design plans from initial stages through to final sign-off under the guidance of the Design Sales Manager.
  5. Aquire in-depth knowledge of all products within the portfolio, as well as case studies, to support sales processes and presentations.
  6. Work with the Design Manager to maintain up-to-date project knowledge, handling client queries effectively when on-site.
  7. Develop working relationships with the Applications Manager to understand appliance ordering and delivery processes.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of project materials and appliances.
  9. Provide technical support and assistance to fitting teams as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate records of orders and project data on the sales order processing system.
  11. Coordinate post-installation snagging and small item ordering.
  12. Compile project case studies, including photographs, for PR and website purposes.
  13. Support marketing functions in creating artwork and sales-support materials.
  14. Keep CRM systems up-to-date with current contact information.
