Teaching and Learning Support Professional

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a qualified teacher, supporting whole class learning or small groups of students on a 1:1 basis. Key responsibilities include working with children and young people who have a range of significant and complex SEND, undertaking specified work with individuals, groups, and whole classes, and encouraging participation in social and academic processes.
This role offers a competitive salary of £24,133 to £27,663 per annum (pro rata), along with benefits such as on-site car parking and Westfield Health Cash Plan.
