We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Sheffield Meadowhall Benchmarx branch.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the profitability and maximisation of our showroom, supervising a team of five direct reports, and providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing costs, modifying stock, and maintaining profitability
  • Ensuring the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to stay safe policies and procedures
  • Developing strong relationships with our Trade customers
  • Covering the full spectrum of management disciplines

While previous experience in the kitchen sector is preferred, we value a great attitude, a hunger to learn, and strong sales and customer service skills above all else. A full UK driving licence is also required.
