Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
  • They will manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • The successful candidate will schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an organised calendar.
  • Additionally, they will handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintaining the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation is also a key responsibility.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties to support the wider office team is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is also required.
