Job Overview

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Ambassador to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, reflecting the hotel's high standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is tailored to exceed expectations. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting guests at the front door and providing a warm welcome;
  • Ushering guests around the hotel facilities and to their bedrooms;
  • Delivering luggage to bedrooms in a professional and efficient manner;
  • Leading groups for onsite activities and events;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly attentive and able to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. A full driving license is also essential due to the driving requirements of the position.
