Job Title: Street Screen Operative

Easycare 4 U Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Street Screen Operative. As a key member of our Street Scene team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our public spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate a variety of street cleansing vehicles to collect and dispose of waste and debris.
  • Identify and report instances of fly tipping, flyposting, and dead animals.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Enforcement Team to ensure evidence is captured and intelligence is shared.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks on vehicles and dynamic risk assessments of work to be carried out.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting of cleansing standards, vehicle defects, and any accidents or near-misses.
  • Support the Street Scene Supervisor in prioritizing and allocating tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Clean Driving License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
