About the Role:

Capita is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our coaching capability, you will play a vital role in delivering training workshops to Royal Navy personnel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 3 & 5 CMI Coaching Workshops at Royal Navy sites nationwide
  • Provide pre- and post-course administration support
  • Support positive retention activities and learning goals for service personnel
  • Motivate and inspire educators/trainers to achieve high-quality learning environments
  • Support CPD activities and foster trained coaches

Requirements:

  • Hold a CMI or ILM L5 Coaching qualification or higher (L3 preferred)
  • Teaching qualification of L3 AET or above
  • Proven teaching experience with working examples
  • Experience in delivering training/briefing/coaching sessions
  • Awareness of the military and flexibility to travel UK-wide
