Key Responsibilities

The Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers, specialists, and internal teams to achieve critical objectives.
  • Maintaining a focus on health and safety, quality control, and cost management.
  • Supervising onsite staff and displaying discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve maximum co-operation and influence outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A black or white CSCS card.
  • Previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and a qualified First Aider at Work.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Assertiveness and calmness under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines.
