Job Title: Psychology Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our team on a long-term supply basis. As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons to students, assessing their progress, and providing constructive feedback to help them grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Psychology, utilizing your expertise to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing targeted feedback to support their development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring a cohesive and engaging learning experience for students.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful school culture, promoting the well-being and success of all students.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) and have recent experience teaching Psychology in a Further Education setting.
  • possess excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
  • Have a good understanding of the Psychology curriculum and be able to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues and students.
