We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Nuclear Compliance to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness, UK. As a key member of our Nuclear Safety and Regulation Department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with nuclear/radiological safety standards and regulations.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in nuclear safety legislation, licensing, and regulatory frameworks. You will also need experience in goal-setting regulation and the application of relevant good practice (RGP). Additionally, you will have expertise in safety policy, governance, and independent challenge mechanisms.

You will be working closely with leaders at all levels, regulatory bodies, and interface management arrangements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships and effectively manage teams.
