Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Hospitality Ambassador, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Menu Knowledge and Recommendations

You will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements.

Front-of-House Operations

You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house area, including greeting customers, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Teamwork and Communication

You will work closely with the bar team to prepare drinks and ensure that all orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.

Quality Control

You will be responsible for ensuring that the front-of-house area is always well-maintained and that any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
