Job Description
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about working with students with autism. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to our students, assist with lesson plans, and participate in group activities.

Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to students with autism and communication needs
* Assist with lesson plans and participate in group activities
* Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements
* Experience working with students with autism and communication needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £26,375-£32,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
