Customs Team Leader

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearances for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients to deliver excellent customer service
  • Liaising with customs authorities to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinating customs clearances from start to finish, meeting deadlines and requirements
  • Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing quotations and ensuring accurate invoicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in customs administration and clearance
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, CDS and compliance
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience.
