Costa Coffee is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Barista Maestro, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with our team, and contribute to the success of our store. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximizing sales and revenue through effective people management and inventory control
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Staying up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Driving high standards in quality, service, and customer satisfaction
