Hearing Aid Accessories Client Service Representative

Hearing Aid Accessories is a leading online retailer of hearing-specific equipment, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. We are a fast-growing business with opportunities for career growth in employees who show initiative.
Job Summary:We are seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to support our team in our Head Office. The role will consist of a variety of tasks revolving around online orders made by customers, including picking/packing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and answering phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing orders from start to finish
- Quality control checks on all parcels to ensure they are in excellent condition and ready to be sent to the customer
- Creating new and editing existing product descriptions for the website
- Keeping the office and stockroom clean and tidy at all times
- Previous customer service experience (retail or office-based)
- Basic computer skills including Excel
- Previous experience with WordPress (preferred but not essential)
- Company events
- Company pension
Normal working hours are 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent position.
