At Access Talent Group, we are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team in the UK. This role involves designing and implementing transportation plans and strategies for various civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure efficient and sustainable transportation systems for our clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office software packages is essential for this role.
- A good understanding of spreadsheets and numeracy skills are necessary for data analysis and planning.
- Experience with AutoCAD is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Transport Assessments and Transport Statements is crucial for project success.
- Travel Plans as well as Travel Plan Coordination require strong organizational skills.
- Preparation and presentation of technical data and drawings are key aspects of this role.
- Junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG require expertise and attention to detail.
- Liaison with clients, contractors, and local authorities demands effective communication skills.
- Tight deadlines and budgets must be managed efficiently to deliver on-time results.
- Mentoring junior team members in quality control and accuracy is an essential part of this role.
- Collaboration with the team and supporting junior staff in developing their technical knowledge is vital for growth.
- Delivering comprehensive advice to clients on Highways & Transport matters requires a deep understanding of the subject area.
- Site appraisals/visits and surveys require a keen eye for detail and ability to present findings effectively.
- Project management and organization skills are necessary to keep all electronic and paper files up-to-date.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 Per Annum based on experience and qualifications.
