This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1 year + experience to work with individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for communicating with relevant parties, following programs in place, and ensuring all needs are met.

The role involves meal preparation, assistance, and planning activities with the client. Certain individuals require moving & handling using equipment (training/support provided). You will also assist or support with medication, finances, and community access. Accurate record keeping and meeting individual needs are essential.

In order to be eligible for the role, you must hold a full UK manual driving license. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. The benefits package includes:
