Naval Support Specialist

The Ultra Electronics Group is seeking a highly skilled Naval Support Specialist to join our In-Service Support team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your Defence engineering expertise and passion for supporting customers to drive mission success.
As a Naval Support Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of In-Service support obligations, working closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineering Lead, System Design Authority, and customers and users. You will ensure that support project approaches remain relevant and in line with Defence Standards and other policies as identified in customer contracts.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including optional 9 day fortnight, TOIL, flexible working hours, 1pm finish on a Friday, annual bonus, hybrid working for certain job roles, casual dress, 25 days holiday, Christmas shut down, option to buy or sell holiday, option to purchase private health care, dental, critical illness etc via salary sacrifice, reward hub - discounts at over 200 online stores, 4 x annual salary life cover, pension starting at 5% Employer / 4% Employee. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Management, Asset Management, Logistics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Significant experience in Defence engineering and/or Logistics and/or as a senior engineer throughout the Integration, Test, and In-Service phase of the lifecycle is also essential. A background working with maritime equipment would be beneficial.
