Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Support Worker to join our team at our learning disability supported living service in Kingswinford, Dudley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users in various aspects of their lives, from promoting healthy habits to facilitating social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users in managing their tenancy and maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated service that meets the identified needs of the individuals.
  • Be flexible and responsive to the needs of service users, as directed by their Individual Support Plans.
  • Have a valid UK driver's license.
