About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Relief Support Worker to join our team in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in Kingswinford, Dudley. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be involved in supporting service users in various aspects of their lives, from promoting healthy eating and budgeting to organizing day trips and gardening activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible and responsive support to service users as directed by their Individual Support Plans.
  • Advise and support service users in managing their tenancy, maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home.
  • Work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated service that meets the identified needs of individuals.
  • Be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Relief Support Worker with the right values and a genuine interest in providing excellent support to all service users.
