About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our risk management approach and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and directors to develop and implement risk management plans.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide risk management training and support to employees.
  • Monitor and report on risk management performance and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
