About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk VP to join our Structured Retail Products (SRP) Business. As a key member of our manual drafting team, you will be responsible for supporting our investment banking clients with OTC drafting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process.
- Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks.
- Collaborate with counterparties - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations.
- Draft ad-hoc confirmations in conjunction with Legal.
- Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals.
- Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.
