Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Local Business Development Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own area of influence to source and develop sustainable Local Business sales opportunities, aligning with the Toyota Brand Objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and targeting new customers through a planned, diligent, and measured prospecting process
  • Crafting and executing direct marketing initiatives to inspire and foster customer interaction
  • Managing and influencing existing customers to identify business growth opportunities for both sales and aftersales
  • Maintaining and updating fleet databases and management reports in line with business requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
