We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Leader to join our team at Datatonic. As a key member of our Managed Services practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering and service team, working closely with our Head of Managed Services to develop and execute strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the development and evolution of our services portfolio, as well as overseeing the build-out and ownership of delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Data Operations Managers and Engineering teams, promoting growth and continuous personal development
  • Work with the Head of Managed Services on strategic objectives and develop the services portfolio
  • Accountable for build-out and ownership of delivery processes, including ticket management, MI, and reporting
  • Pre-sales support to scope and respond to opportunities
  • Promote growth and continuous development of engineering teams
  • Workload management, including shifts, rota, and workload prioritization
  • Ownership of relationships with delivery partners to ensure delivery excellence and seamless integration with service
  • Implementing best practices and ways of working with consulting/professional services teams
  • Development and ownership of knowledge base, including customer documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial awareness of Data Managed Services solutions, particularly with scoping and pitching to large enterprise customers, including pricing, contracts, and proposals
  • Experience managing relationships across internal and external customers, stakeholders, and executives
  • Ability to work on resolving and anticipating complex issues that might impact multiple stakeholders
