Aesthetic Field Service Technician

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer based out of Southampton, covering the Hampshire area on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and diagnose technical problems with equipment, providing onsite customer support to a range of machinery.
- Service a wide variety of machines both on and off site, ensuring peak operating condition through scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems, completing job cards to a high standard promptly and within a given timeframe.
- Complete paperwork and timesheets in a timely manner, requesting parts efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service skills.
- Supervise Apprentices, when required, to ensure a high quality of work and safe working procedures are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment, presenting a professional image at all times.
- Take responsibility for health and safety of self, colleagues, and customers in line with the Company health and Safety Policy.
- Solid Mechanical aptitude, with the ability to service a wide range of heavy tracked plant JCB machines.
- Investigate and diagnose technical problems, which involve climbing on top and underneath the heavy plant machinery.
- Lone working, with excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills.
Working hours are 40 hours a week, with overtime available paid at x 1.5. In return, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £37,400.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year. Work Location: In person.
