Key Responsibilities- Support clients with career planning, job searching, and interview preparation
- Work with a caseload of around 25 clients, aiming for 2 job starts per month
- Collaborate with NHS and Local Authority sites in Tameside
- Develop and implement personalized employment plans for clients
- Previous experience as an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, or Mental Health Support Worker
- Strong understanding of IPS methodology and its application in mental health support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
