Female Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Great Barton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of four young ladies who require high levels of support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to each lady, helping them to live independently and safely. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends. A full driving license is also essential, as you will be required to drive manual accessible vehicles. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus £2.50 per hour for overtime, as well as opportunities for training and development.

• Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shift Patterns: 0700-1430, 1400-21:15, with flexibility to work varying shifts
• Driving Required: Essential, manual accessible vehicles
