We're seeking a talented Retail Store Manager to join our team at The Works in Stafford. As a leader, you'll inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive commercial success, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

Your Mission
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by leading a team that offers a personalized and engaging retail experience.
  • Create a store environment that's fun, friendly, and inclusive, showcasing our products and services in a way that inspires our customers.
  • Collaborate with our Area and Regional teams to share best practices and drive continuous growth across the business.
  • Drive retail commerciality by achieving fantastic sales and high performance across all KPIs.
  • Maintain excellent store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and pricing, to create a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Transform our store space to align with seasonal trends and promote our products effectively.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
