We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Team at Nuffield Health Shrewsbury Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients, with a focus on pelvic health and women's health.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with pelvic health and women's health needs.
- Work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, with evidence of further professional training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
