About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Team in Shrewsbury. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with pelvic health conditions, including urogynaecology, colorectal, and post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care to patients with pelvic health conditions
  • Work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Women's Health, with experience in Men's Health an advantage
  • Evidence of further professional training in Pelvic Health and continual professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize workload
