Landscape Architect Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to lead the development of our new Landscape Planning Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of this exciting new service and driving its growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Landscape Planning Service, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead a team of Landscape Professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the Landscape Planning Service.
We are looking for a highly experienced Landscape Architect with a strong track record of leadership, team management, and business development. You will have a relevant degree, professional membership, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in Landscape Planning and LVIA work. You will be passionate about creating something from scratch, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer- A competitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
