The Care Home Collaborative (CHC) is seeking a highly motivated and passionate palliative care nurse specialist to join their team.
As an expert in palliative care, the post-holder will work in partnership with care home teams to identify training needs and provide access to education and training to support the application of evidence-based best practice.
The successful candidate will be a first-level registered nurse with at least 2 years' experience in a palliative care nursing role and educated or working towards relevant Master's level education.
The post is currently based at Clutha House, but there are plans for the team to relocate in December.
The ideal candidate will have a driving licence and access to a car, as this will be essential for fulfilling the role.
