About the Role

Oxa Autonomy is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in the Product Engineering function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating our company vision, strategy, technology, products, services, and solutions into clear positioning, messaging, and propositions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategy: Design and manage the product marketing strategy for all of Oxa's products and solutions, ensuring alignment with our commercialization strategy.
  • Product Roadmap and Launch Planning: Create and deliver an impactful roadmap of product marketing activity, including new product launches, to drive business growth.
  • Customer Insights and Competitor Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and immerse yourself in insights and data-driven competitor intelligence to formulate clear and compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Product Marketing Collateral: Lead the production of product marketing and sales enablement collateral, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Marketing Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team to inform and deliver marketing initiatives that drive business results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders such as product management, solution delivery, and engineering leads to understand product features and capabilities.
  • Supplier and Agency Management: Brief and manage relevant suppliers and agencies to support product marketing efforts.
  • Product Evangelism: Champion product marketing techniques and act as an evangelist for Oxa's products and solutions, highlighting their value to customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, direction, and advice to others on product positioning and customer value propositions.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven B2B Product Marketing Experience: A proven track record of B2B product marketing in a fast-paced environment, with a talent for creating playbooks to achieve success.
  • Product Launch Experience: Experience of launching new products to market, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Complex Technology Simplification: A talent and passion for turning complex and advanced technology concepts into clear and concise product positioning.
  • Customer-Centricity: Obsessive about customer- and product-centricity, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
